Schmalz ROB-SET ECBPMi – Electric Vacuum Gripper Sets for Cobots
The ROB-SET ECBPMi Series from Schmalz provides ready-to-connect complete solutions for automated handling with collaborative and lightweight robots. Each set is based on the electric vacuum generator CobotPump ECBPMi and includes all components required for quick integration: vacuum generator, flange adapter, suction cup, and connection cable.
Thanks to electric vacuum generation, no compressed air supply is needed, making installation extremely simple. The sets are optimized for popular robot brands such as Universal Robots, FANUC, ABB, Dobot, igus and more. With the Plug & Work principle the optional URCap software, commissioning is intuitive and fast.
Perfect for applications such as pick-and-place, packaging, assembly, and bin-picking, especially for airtight workpieces up to approx. 3 kg.

Plug-and-play vacuum handling for FAIRINO robots
The ECBPMi FAIRINO from Schmalz has been specially developed for rapid integration with FAIRINO lightweight robots and enables immediate implementation of automated pick-and-place processes. All components are optimally coordinated with one another, reducing engineering, procurement and assembly costs to a minimum. Thanks to the integrated electric vacuum generator, there is no need to connect to a central compressed air supply, which reduces installation costs and allows new automation applications to be implemented flexibly. The pre-configured complete set significantly speeds up commissioning and ensures reliable, reproducible handling of a wide variety of workpieces in production, assembly and logistics.
