RBTX gluing cell with igus Portal & Dispensing System

The RBTX adhesive cell offers a compact working area of 500 x 500 x 100 mm and is equipped with high-quality safety components. These include light curtains from Sick (transmitter and receiver), a robust portal from igus, and a compact signal light for clear status indication. The integrated Vieweg DC 200 adhesive dispensing system ensures precise and reliable bonding applications. The FLX3-CPUC100 safety controller guarantees maximum operational safety.

The portal is programmed via the igus Robot Control (iRC), which provides an intuitive graphical interface for easy control. With iRC, motion sequences can be created and optimized effortlessly, and even complex contours can be executed by processing DXF files. The controller supports common interfaces such as Ethernet/IP and digital I/O, enabling seamless integration into PLC systems. For maximum safety, the IDEC Safety Commander HT3P ensures secure operation, while Sick light curtains provide flexible and safe access to the working area.
