AgiBot A3 | Humanoid Robot | 31DOF

The AGIBOT A3 has 31 active degrees of freedom, distributed across the neck, arms, waist and legs. A peak joint torque of 320 Nm and a peak power output of 12 kW support dynamic movement sequences. The humanoid robot can reach speeds of up to 1.8 m/s when walking and up to 5 m/s when running. Each arm can move a load of up to 5 kg using its actuator. The structure, made from magnesium alloy, titanium alloy and flexible TPU, combines a total weight of 55 kg with a body height of 173 cm. The power-to-weight ratio is 0.218 kW/kg.

For environmental perception, the AGIBOT A3 uses two RGB cameras, GPS and UWB positioning with an accuracy of less than ±10 cm. An 8-channel microphone array, with four microphones at the front and four at the rear, enables omnidirectional audio recording. Shoulder touch sensors, an interactive screen, two 5 W speakers, a chest breathing light and ear interaction lights complement the voice and multimodal interaction. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G and 5G provide wireless communication. Dual SIM supports mobile connections.

The LinkCraft platform allows movements to be generated, recorded and shared in real time. Voice-to-Action converts text input into synchronised movement and audio commands. The group control software for Windows, macOS and Linux enables the configuration of movement, expression, speech and formations. More than 100 robots can be controlled in a coordinated manner via UWB. RK3588 and RK3588S modules handle interaction and motion control. A handheld remote control and OTA upgrades complement the software ecosystem. The platform also supports dance choreography.

The AGIBOT A3’s dual battery system offers a capacity of 1,152 Wh and a runtime of up to ten hours. The redundant design ensures a stable power supply. Thanks to hot-swap technology, the batteries can be replaced within ten seconds; the charging time is up to two hours. The system therefore supports near-uninterrupted operation. For connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G and 5G – including dual-module 5G and dual-SIM – are available. The designed service life is up to three years. This is based on 92 automotive-grade tests.
