Zimmer HRC-03 – The Electric Parallel Gripper for Collaborative Applications

The HRC-03-116787 is an electric 2-jaw parallel gripper designed for collaborative applications according to ISO/TS 15066. It offers an adjustable gripping force of up to 190 N for opening and closing, with a maximum jaw length of 80 mm and a stroke of 10 mm per jaw. Repeat accuracy is ±0.05 mm, protection class IP40. The gripper is compatible with robot types such as Fanuc CRX and Dobot CR3A–CR16A. Weight: 0.68 kg, operating voltage: 24 V, current consumption: 1 A.

Control is via I/O interfaces with integrated position feedback (analog 0–10 V) and PNP switching output. The gripper features a freely programmable multifunction button and supports Freedrive for easy manual positioning. Internal cable routing ensures safe integration into collaborative robotic applications.
